easichick™ Product Testing
easichick™ is tested every 30 minutes in the production process.
Tests are carried out by Poultry Health Services laboratory for:
• Salmonella sp.
• total mould count
• Pseudmonas
• Aspergillus sp.
• yeast count
• total viable count.
No product is released to customers before satisfactory test results are received.
All tests are recorded and made available for each load. They are available for customers’ inspection or delivered to customers for their records.
The results can be tailored to each individual customer’s requirements by:
• load
• batch
• weekly
• one-off
We are able to offer an extensive testing programme that includes:
• toxicology
• microfilms
• swab tests.
These depend on the customer’s requirements and needs.
Our testing regimen equates to, if not exceeds, that of the feed industry.
Toxicology tests are regularly carried out for heavy metals.
