easichick™ Production Format

Raw material comes in to the factory pre-processing area from recovered wood. Within the pre-processing area the material is checked for suitability and quality.

The raw material is then pre-processed in a stand-alone facility before being passed, via a conveyor, into the biosecure processing area.

The process is similar to that of a feed mill for the poultry industry.

The final processing includes:
• size separation
• dust extraction
• treatment
• testing
• packaging
• quality control.

We have auditable records, and written procedures and formulas for our bedding production.
