These terms and conditions apply to customers of easichick who participate in the “Share Your Secret” Promotion.

Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open only to customers of easichick and is valid until 31 st December 2008.

Persons who may be recommended

2. You must only refer individuals or companies from the UK or Channel Islands that you know personally and who have not purchased easichick within the last 12 months. You may only recommend a person/company once, and only using the form or web link on-line.

3. The details of nominees and those nominating will be entered onto a database which may, from time to time, be used to inform them of similar products and services provided by G I Hadfield & Son Limited. Please write to us at Hadfield Wood Recyclers, Lumm Farm, Littlemoss, Droylsden, Manchester, M43 7LB if you specifically do not want to receive this information.

Recommendation

4. If someone you have recommended purchases a minimum of 5 tonnes of easichick in bulk or 120 bales of 25kg bales using the form/ web link that you completed on their behalf, G I Hadfield & Son Limited will forward to you a £25 M&S voucher. This will be forwarded to you within 60 days of the easichick order being paid for in full. G I Hadfield & Son Limited may in its absolute discretion, substitute cash value for the M&S voucher or offer an alternative of equal or greater value

5. You will not receive a voucher if the person/company you have recommended buys easichick other than through the form/web link you sent to them.

6. G I Hadfield & Son Limited reserves the right to withdraw the Share Your Secret Promotion at any time.
